At Konges Sløjd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of receipt provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

  Ship Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
